Teri Henkelman is the licensed broker at The McKellar Group. When asked what her favorite moment is when selling a home, she knew the answer immediately. “My favorite moment is when a client walks into a home for the first time, and they simply get an overwhelming feeling that THIS is their next home.” Always involved in sales and real estate to some degree, Teri didn’t officially become licensed until 2006. This decision was validated when she was named Rookie of the Year in 2007.

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Teri moved to the Lake Conroe area 30 years ago. With 5 children, one granddaughter, and a grandson on the way, family is at the heart of everything. After living on Lake Conroe for 14 years and buying and selling properties from all areas of the lake, this deep local knowledge benefits every client.
